When the silo is short of material, the control box will give an audible and visual alarm to prompt the workers to feed. When the silo is full, the control box will have led indication to stop feeding. The active feeding system can realize full active operation, reduce the labor intensity of workers and provide the production efficiency of pig farms.
Seven processes of pig farm automatic feeding system:
First, fill the silo with feed.
Step 2: press the "manual / automatic mode" button, the red indicator lights up, and the system enters the manual mode. At this time, the sensor detects the chute signal without processing.
Step 3: press the "motor start / stop" button, the red indicator light will be on, and the motor will start to drive the wool scraper to start feeding.
Step 4: adjust the valve under the silo.
Step 5: press the "motor start / stop" button (pop up), the red indicator light is off, and the motor stops working.
Step 6: press the "manual / active mode" button (pop up), the red indicator light will go out, and the system will enter the automatic mode. At this time, the sensor will detect the material level signal of the material chute and realize the automatic control of feeding.
Step 7: the "silo full alarm" and "material shortage alarm" indicator lights flash and alarm at the same time. If there is an abnormality in the power control box, the power transmission time will automatically stop working.
